Biography
FuturePresent is an archive of select research, lectures, photography and other projects and experiments. As an advocate of free network culture, my work fuses critical media practice and theory. It stems from an intrigue in the relationships between spacetime, genealogy, geopolitics, networked and locative media, activism and participation, cognition, performance and cultural narratives.
I'm a Senior Lecturer in Interactive Media and Co-Director of IPE [interact/perform/experiment], part of the Institute for Media and Communication Research, at The Media School, Bournemouth University.
